Policy
- Loading 3rd party software (UNAUTHORIZED SOFTWARE) will VOID THE WARRANTY.
- Receiver must be accompanied by original receipt to show date and place of purchase.
- Will NOT REPAIR any receiver that is NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
- $40 Labour will be applied to all repairs.
- Hardware parts will be covered under warranty.
- Shipping charges are not covered under warranty.
- Receivers will be returned with a shipping cost $10.00 will be added to repair cost to cover shipping costs.

Return Procedure
Should you require repair service for your pansat receiver,
please carefully pakage and deliver items to our service
department. Please include a note with your name,email address
and brief description of the problem. All repair order
should be shipped via prepaid postage - No C.O.D.
Procedure
- If this first time, you have to register with us, note
your user name is your email address.
- Create RMA by filling RMA form online and submit it.
- Shipping your product with your RMA form.
- Our RMA department will check your product and proceed
with repair, when repair complete we will ship back your
product to you with a $10.00 charge to cover shipping costs.
NOTE: You can check your repair status
online when you login to RMA.
